특징 무게를 쉽게 조절가능. 분산 좋고. 좋은 안정성, 생산 공정 중에 매연 발생이 없다. 장비 마모 감소, 압출기의 토크 개선 등 더 나은 금형 충전 및 제품 결함 률을 감소시키고, 매끄러운 표면을 개선하여, 낮은 마찰 계수로 표면 실크 질감을 주고, 스크래치 및 내마 모성을 향상시킨다. 매연 농도 감소로 향상된 연료 저항성, 소재의 광택성, 충격 강도 및 표면 개선으로 안정성이 우수하다. 유럽 연합 지침 준수. 사용하는 방법 열가 소성 수지 혼합, 제품을 추가하고, 수지 사출와 펠릿, 또는 직접 혼합으로 사출. 권장 사용량 : 0.2 %~2 %를 투입하면, 수지 및 금형 릴리스의 흐름성을 향상시킨다. 또는 1 %~3 %에서는 향상된 표면 특성 (윤활성, 마무리, 스크래치 저항 및 내마 모성 등)을 기대할 수 있다. 권장 사용량은 0.2%~2.0 %이다. Add a small amount (0.3%-2%), can enhance the flow of the PET and processing properties, better mold filling, less extruder torque, mold release and faster throughput; Addition level at 1% to 5%, can further improve the surface properties and appearance of the products. Including lubricity, lower coefficient of fraction, better abrasion and scratch resistance. Reduce the surface energy consumption, improve the hydrophobic and anti-sticky properties.
Application examples
For BOPET film with excellent smoothness under high temperature, and do not precipitate.
For PET sheet to improve processing, appearance, scratch resistance and anti-adhesion properties.
For Wire-drawing industry, to improve the appearance and feeling of Wire-drawing, reduce breakage, improve abrasion resistance, lower surface energy and improve the hydrophobic properties.

How to use:
PET silicone masterbatch mixed with PET equally. Drying it under 110-150 before use. Or dried PET silicone masterbatch mixed with dried PET equally first, than extrusion or molding.
Packaging and storage:
The product is a non-dangerous good, paper bag, 25kg/bag, avoid high temperature and rain when storage. The usable life is 48 months from the date of production under the cool room temperature.

Product Description
SMB series silicone masterbatches are white pellets or white powder which made from ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane, used by plastics as processing aids and impart expected silicone benefits to plastics, often more efficiently and more effectively than lower molecular weight silicone fluids, such as safety, little effect on the adhesion of paints, labels or decorations, more convenient to handle, good dispersion. Silicone masterbatches are with the carrier of polyethylene.
SMB series is capable of mixing with thermoplastics at any proportion in the content range of 0.1% - 15%. In the range of 0.1% - 2%, it can markedly improve the fluidity and mould release characteristics of the product. When being injection or extrusion moulded, SMB series can lower the screw torque, reduce energy loss, increase production efficiency and prolong service life of the equipments. When being used in glass-fiber reinforced plastics, it can obviously reduce glass-fiber protrusion, improve surface fineness of the product and qualify the modified product for large and thin-wall goods. When being added in high-content mineral filled plastics, SMB series can make up for the loss of mechanical properties caused by high-content of filling and improve the appearance of the products.
In the range of 2% - 5%, SMB series can improve the scratch-resistance of the products, greatly lower the friction coefficient of the products and reduce the abrasion loss. SMB series is an effective abrasion-resistant additive special for such materials as high-lubricant POM, abrasion-resistant nylon, silica core barrel, cable, PP-R and PE pipes.
SMB series can also be used for manufacturing functional masterbatch such as lubricant masterbatch, open masterbatch and so on.
SMB series contains no matrix and is compatible with any plastics.
SMB series contains more effective components and act the same effect at half dosage of any other silicone masterbatch.
